If you require a new computer, tablet, smart phone, printer, or any other piece of hardware and you would like some advice, we can help! With rapidly changing technology it is hard to keep up; and it doesn't help when sales assistants talk to you in a language you don't understand! It's not difficult to mistake a spam/phishing email for the real thing; if you think you may have clicked on something that you shouldn't have, call and get advise. Not all virus will be apparent so why not have your computer scanned for viruses and other malicious software - just for peace of mind!

Constant support can be provided to those who require help or routine maintenance performed on their computer. At your request a technician can 'remotely' look at your computer and help without the hassle of waiting for a call out. As long as the issue isn't hardware related it can usually be resolved over the phone by having us login remotely.
